Products & Services
T-Suprema
T‑SUPREMA stands for proven technology in the production of needle‑punched technical nonwovens. The complete lines combine Trützschler’s precise fiber opening, our reliable X‑Series cards and crosslappers including automatic profiling with state‑of‑the‑art needling technology and customized end‑of‑line systems developed by our strategic partner Texnology srl and a trusted partner network. T‑SUPREMA ensures stable processes and consistently high nonwoven quality for geotextiles, filter media, automotive and other technical applications.
Efficient by design: All our machines implement “Clean Concepts” to minimize fiber fly and fiber accumulation. This ensures consistently high product quality, machine availability and ease of maintenance. In addition, the digital routines of our T‑ONE digital working environment simplify operation, reduce downtime and increase overall line performance.
Flexible in material and application: Whether virgin or recycled fibers, man-made, natural or specialty fibers – T‑SUPREMA lines transform them into top-quality nonwovens for every application. T‑SUPREMA installations offer wide operating windows, enabling basis weights from just a few dozen grams up to more than 2,000 g/m² without major adjustments.
More from us
Spunlacing lines
Trützschler Nonwovens’ spunlace lines are engineered for the production of high‑performance technical nonwovens. Supported by decades of process expertise, they deliver spunlaced materials with high tensile strength, excellent web uniformity and reliable mechanical stability—making them ideal for coating substrates, filtration media, automotive textiles and hot‑gas filter applications.
Based on the same robust technology platform, Trützschler spunlace lines also enable the efficient production of wipes and cosmetic nonwovens. High‑speed systems equipped with the NCT‑X card produce classic PET/viscose wipes, support fully biodegradable Carded‑Pulp (CP) materials based on NBSK pulp with viscose or lyocell and enable Wet‑Laid/Spunlace (WLS) concepts for flushable wet toilet tissues. Hydroentanglement is equally effective for cotton and other natural fibers, producing soft, absorbent and skin‑friendly nonwovens.
In 2026, AquaJet marks its 30th anniversary as the core of Trützschler spunlace technology. Continuously optimized for higher efficiency, reduced energy consumption and a minimized footprint, AquaJet stands for three decades of engineering excellence and reinforces Trützschler Nonwovens’ leadership in hydroentanglement.
ATB lines
Trützschler Nonwovens’ air‑through bonding (ATB) is a versatile process technology for the production of technical nonwovens and premium hygiene products. In applications such as waddings and insulation materials, ATB enables voluminous, uniformly bonded nonwovens with stable loft and high resilience.
Our ATB technology has set industry benchmarks in high‑end hygiene applications, processing ultra‑fine sheath–core bicomponent fibers down to 0.4 dtex. This delivers exceptional softness combined with controlled liquid management, making ATB‑bonded nonwovens ideal for premium baby diaper components such as topsheets, backsheets and ADL layers.
The ATB line integrates T‑BLEND fiber preparation and the NC‑X card, ensuring gentle fiber handling, precise fiber alignment and minimal nep formation – essential for stable high‑speed processing of sub‑1 dtex fibers.
In China, the world’s largest baby hygiene market, Trützschler holds a leading ATB position with over 90% market share and more than 100 installed cards.
T-One
T‑ONE is the modular software platform by Trützschler Nonwovens that transforms complex nonwoven production into transparent, efficient and data‑driven processes. As a single source of truth, T‑ONE unifies recipes, machine settings, the products’ quality data, process and sensor information in one digital environment.
Smart workflows, individualized visualizations and AI‑assisted optimization help operators, quality engineers, product developers and managers make faster, more confident decisions while reducing waste and product variability.
T‑ONE supports any nonwoven line type or machine brand, is easily scalable to new production lines and can be seamlessly integrated in any given IT environment.
NEW: The integrated energy management functionality provides real‑time insights into consumption, costs and even the CO₂ footprint. With the advanced anomaly detection module, cameras continuously monitor critical areas of the line. By automatically analyzing camera data in real time, T‑ONE detects potential machine issues early, triggers alarms and can even initiate protective actions to prevent quality losses and unplanned downtime.
Z wire for high-speed spunlacing lines
In spunlacing lines, higher speeds often become a challenge for proper carding and web forming. High rotational speeds generate forceful air streams sofibers fly off the card wire easily.
TCC’s new Z-wire implements a special contour to minimize fiber fly inside the card. Several notches provide a firm grip on single fibers and deliver them nicely to the next roll. The Z-wire matches perfectly with Trützschler Nonwovens’ NCT card in inline configurations reaching speeds of 300 m/minute at the winder and more.

TRUECYCLED recycling installations
TRUECYCLED stands for state-of-the art recycling installations from Trützschler. These Trützschler preparation processes enable manufacturers to achieve a high quality end-product from hard waste. With TRUECYCLED, manufacturers can rest assured they use the best technology and a reliable and reproducible manufacturing process - the pre-requisite for high quality yarn made from hard textile waste.
The new card TC30i
The Trützschler TC 30i card is a next-generation carding machine designed to maximize fiber quality, productivity, and resource efficiency in spinning preparation. It features an extended carding zone with around 35% more active flats and a 14% longer carding length, enabling superior cleaning and fiber individualization from a wide range of raw materials. A key innovation is the T-GO automatic gap optimizer, which continuously adjusts carding settings to deliver consistent, operator-independent performance, while systems like WASTECONTROL and advanced waste suction allow up to 50% of card waste to be recovered or reused, significantly improving raw material utilization. With intelligent automation, flexible configurations (including versions for cotton, man-made, fine yarns, and recycling), and proven gains in productivity and energy efficiency, the TC 30i represents a highly efficient and sustainable solution for modern spinning mills.
