METRON 04 PR - Segmented plate metal detector for the examination of non-woven fabrics and films
Segmented metal detectors of the METRON 04 PR type are used for the position-accurate examination of films, non-woven fabrics or technical textiles. They represent a high-quality option for metal detection in our portfolio of plate detectors. Typically, material with a thickness of less than 20 mm is examined. As standard, they enable the inspection of products up to more than 10,000 mm wide. In this case, assembly can be carried out horizontally or vertically.
METRON 05 PR - One-piece plate metal detector for the examination of non-woven fabrics and films
Segmented metal detectors of the METRON 05 PR type are used for the position-accurate examination of films, non-woven fabrics or technical textiles. They represent a solid option for pure metal detection in our portfolio of plate detectors. Typically, material with a thickness of less than 20 mm is examined. METRON 05 PWT - High-end metal detector with maximum interference shielding for pneumatic fibre transport lines
Metal detectors of the METRON 05 PWT type are used for the examination of natural or artificial textile fibres in pneumatic conveying lines. They represent a high-quality option for metal detection in our portfolio of systems. They are easy to integrate into different pipe diameters between 250 mm and 630 mm without an adapter. In this case, assembly can be carried out horizontally or vertically. The TEXREJECT separation diverter is an optimal supplement.
METRON 05 C - Tunnel detector with integrated or remote evaluation electronics
Metal detectors of the METRON 05 C series can be installed horizontally or vertically. Straight or trough-shaped conveyor belts are the main area of use, but assembly in free fall or in product slides is also possible. The tunnel size can be flexibly adapted to almost any situation, with widths and heights in fine gradations from 5 cm to over 2000 cm available.
METRON 07 CI - High-end tunnel detector with integrated evaluation electronics for assembly in conveyor belts
Metal detectors of the METRON 07 CI type are used in a wide range of applications. They represent the highest quality option for metal detection in our portfolio of tunnel detectors. They can be installed in conveyor belts or in product chutes. The available dimensions are suitable for the inspection of both small and large products. The compact design does not require an additional control cabinet.
