Horizontal-operating spiraling machine carrying 2 x 8/12/16/24 yarn cones, intended for the continuous online operation between 2 extruders covering with a layer of spiraling or optional for  knitted fabric on plastic-, silicon- and rubber tubes.

Machine-specification:

• Direct feed of the tubing through the machine at a height of one meter.

• Tubing haul-out effected by either a caterpillar haul-out device (800 mm, long/90 mm wide), special sizes are possible.

• Stitch or knock length are electronically selected and monitored.

• Solid, stable machine construction, with full-noise-suppressant guards, to ensure safe and quiet machine operation.

• All revolving machine elements are mounted on ball bearings and are therefore maintenance-free.

• A special yarn feed system, with yarn end detectors guarantee an even stitch or folding pattern (patented).

• Both folded and unfolded yarns can be used.

• One air brake operated for each machine ensures that the machine is stop within three seconds, even if the mains power and air supply fail.

• Spiral heads can be exchanged easily (parted construction available).

• Stitch size and tolerance, machine operating speed, production speed, length of production, operating hours, etc. can all be shown on display. Other options are also possible.

• A new patent for controlling the tension of the yarn give the producer the possibility to spiral around a hose without a core. The tension of yarn is adjustable from 30 – 120 cN. or higher. Also it could be used cylindrical cones , dipped yarn, or other difficulties yarns.
