About us
Rex Industrie-Produkte Graf von Rex GmbH has been developing and manufacturing technical textiles for fire and heat protection, high-temperature insulations as well as friction and sliding materials for over 60 years.
Our technical textiles made of thermoglass, silicate, para-aramid, meta-aramid and preox fibers are used in the areas of personal protective equipment, automotive as heat shields and battery protection, textile insulations, high-temperature seals, welding-, radiation-, fire-, smoke-, cut- and vandal protection on the land.
As marine equipment our thermoglass fabrics, assigned with a U.S. Coast Guard approval number (USCG no.), ensure a high level of security.
By selecting the most suitable fiber materials in the form of technical yarns, narrow fabrics, wovens and nonwovens, as well as manufacturing and finishing processes, we can develop and produce intelligent technical textiles according to the needs of the end user.
