Current equipment is limited in terms of high temperature and pressure loading. Currently, a special energy-optimized micro fiber technology is being developed at the DITF, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, Germany. The system technology is designed for temperatures up to 450 ° C and high pressures. The hot air required for the process is optimized in terms of energy and options for energy recycling are developed.
For the homogeneous deposition of the finest fibers, high-temperature resistant sieve belts are developed.
